Individual trainings are designed for anyone who wants a personal approach and professional guidance throughout the entire workout process. Unlike semi-private training, the coach's attention is only on you. Our expert coaches will help you achieve your goals and well-being.



Semi-private training

Semi-private training

Semi-private training is guided training in a small group (2-4 participants). They retain all the benefits of individual training. They are performed in a quality and safe manner, as the trainer still maintains individual control over the trailing individual and the exercise alone. As part of this training, the participants get to know each other better, increase their motivation.
